Should you find that your luggage did not arrive with you on your flight, you may rest assured that every effort will be made to restore you luggage to you as quickly as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may be caused.
If after five days you luggage has not been restored to you, would you please complete and return a Baggage Inventory Form that you will find here below. As this will enable us to make some further and more detailed inquiries. We kindly ask you to include size for clothing, colour and brand name of items if available.
